The Sports Illustrated made a splash with the launch of the 2008 Swimsuit issue on Tuesday night. Bar Refaeli and all of the fellow SI models were on hand to help usher in another year of beautiful ladies in the tiniest bathing suits imaginable. She's wearing a body-con Roberto Cavalli lace-trim dress that make her looks fabulous and she doesn't need a bikini to be perfect.
