I don't think this is her. I am not a fanatic, but do use photoshop for touchups and do look for details. The girl in the picture doesn't have hanging ear lobe's, while Mylie does. A detail like this cannot be faked. That, and its hard to find a pic of her with her hair up, but a candid shot of her not being in "public" attire may reflect that more.
It gets so annoying when ,girls blindly post saying this pic isn't Miley and that pic isn't her. Miley has admitted that most pics that have been posted are her. The face on this girl posted is most definately Miley and anyone who says its not is a blind fool.

this is not miley cyrus, the face is too long, and you can see another face looking the other way just above the headband. But then again she is a human being, and well, Nobody's Perfect, and everybody makes mistakes.
